Terms of Service

1. Operator and eligibility

AdBreakdown OS is operated by Nexbhullah LLC. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to purchase or use the service. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

2. What the service provides

AdBreakdown OS is a digital research and campaign-planning product. It includes curated advertising references, strategic breakdowns, blueprints, hooks, offers, lead-form patterns, calculators, generators, localization guidance, learning resources, and downloads. Features and library contents may be improved, corrected, reorganized, or replaced over time.

The service provides research and educational information. It does not promise particular advertising, revenue, lead, conversion, or business results.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. A purchase must be associated with the buyer's account email to activate access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable safeguards.

4. License and permitted use

Subject to these terms and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AdBreakdown OS for your own personal or internal business research and campaign development. You may use the strategic ideas to create original work for your business or clients.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense account access.
• Republish, resell, mirror, scrape, or mass-export the library, breakdowns, templates, or downloads.
• Present AdBreakdown OS content as your own competing database, course, membership, software product, or content library.
• Circumvent access controls, probe security, automate abusive requests, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property, or advertising-platform rules.

6. Purchases and access

Prices and included access are shown before checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. When Pakistan local payments are available, the displayed PKR amount is a fixed selling price and not a live exchange rate. Bank or wallet charges may apply. A local receipt upload is not proof of approval and does not activate access automatically. Access is activated only after a human reviewer approves the payment.

Unless a purchase page expressly says otherwise, Founding access is a one-time purchase for the edition described at checkout, not a promise of every future product, service, or separately priced release.

7. Refunds and digital delivery

All sales are final and nonrefundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Required legal exceptions and the limited circumstances we may review are described in our Refund Policy. By completing payment, you request delivery of digital access as soon as the payment succeeds.

For a Pakistan local payment, digital delivery begins after manual approval. You must send the exact displayed amount to the selected recipient and provide accurate evidence. Submitting altered, reused, or misleading evidence may result in rejection or account restriction.

8. Intellectual property and third-party material

AdBreakdown OS software, organization, branding, original analysis, templates, and product content are owned by or licensed to Nexbhullah LLC. Advertising examples, company names, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is for research, commentary, and educational purposes and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is involved in credential sharing, resale, scraping, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, or another material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every reference or external page, or any specific commercial result. AdBreakdown OS is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advertising advice. You remain responsible for campaign claims, compliance, budgets, targeting, and decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexbhullah LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected AdBreakdown OS purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing rules and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nexbhullah LLC, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Before beginning a formal dispute, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

13. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes will apply prospectively and may be communicated through the product or by email. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the linked policies, form the agreement for your use of AdBreakdown OS.
