1. Digital delivery
AdBreakdown OS provides digital access. By completing checkout, you request access to be delivered as soon as your payment succeeds. The product may be accessed or consumed immediately once the purchase is matched to your account. For Pakistan local payments, delivery begins only after a human reviewer approves the receipt and activates access.
2. Final-sale rule
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, dissatisfaction with business or campaign results, purchasing with the wrong email when the purchase can be corrected, failure to review the product description before buying, or loss of access caused by a violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Limited exceptions
We will review a request when there is a duplicate charge, when payment succeeded but we cannot provide the purchased access after a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue, or when a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
Any refund outside a mandatory legal right is offered at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to approve similar future requests.
4. How to report a billing problem
Contact support promptly and include your purchase email, purchase date, and a short description of the problem. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive authentication information. We may request a Stripe receipt, Checkout Session identifier, or local payment order reference to locate the payment.
5. Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control. A full refund deactivates the related AdBreakdown OS entitlement and removes paid access. Restoring access requires a new purchase unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
An approved exception for a Pakistan local payment may require a bank or wallet transfer after we verify the recipient details. Processing time and fees imposed by financial institutions are outside our control. A full refund deactivates the related entitlement.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate billing or access issues. Filing a payment dispute may cause access to be suspended while the payment provider reviews the matter. This does not limit your right to dispute an unauthorized or legally contestable charge.
7. Policy changes
The version displayed when you purchase governs that purchase, except where a later change is required by law or gives you more favorable rights.
