1. What consent covers
When you select the marketing option in your AdBreakdown OS account, you agree that Nexbhullah LLC may send you promotional email about AdBreakdown OS, including product news, research updates, educational content, launches, and offers.
2. What we record
We may record your account email, current consent choice, and the date, time, and source of that choice. This helps us honor your preference and demonstrate when it changed. Our email provider, Resend, processes the contact and delivery information needed to send messages for us.
3. Marketing and service email are different
Marketing email is optional. Transactional or service messages are necessary to operate your account and purchase. We may still send receipts, access notices, password and security messages, refund or dispute updates, policy notices, and replies to support requests even when you do not consent to marketing.
4. How to withdraw consent
Open the Account section in your AdBreakdown OS dashboard, clear the product-news option, and save your preference. You may also contact support from the email address linked to your account. We will apply the change as soon as reasonably possible, although a message already queued may still arrive.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before your choice changed and does not cancel your account or entitlement.
5. Your information
We do not sell your marketing-consent list. More information about access, deletion, correction, retention, service providers, and your privacy rights is available in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
If the categories of marketing or the way consent is used changes materially, we will update this explanation and request fresh consent where required.
